1. Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of this website and any service you engage to provide. By using this site or instructing us, you accept them.
We are an independent private travel and visa consultancy operating from Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. We are not a government body and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any embassy, consulate, high commission, or immigration authority.
2. The most important term on this page
The same applies to processing times. Published timelines are estimates from the authorities themselves and are frequently exceeded. We cannot accelerate a consulate's internal processing, and we do not control appointment availability.
3. What we provide
- Assessment of your profile and honest guidance on your prospects
- Preparation and review of visa application documents
- Completion and submission of application forms
- Booking of consulate and visa application centre appointments
- Flight, hotel, transport, and travel insurance reservations
- Holiday, honeymoon, and tour packages
- Document translation and attestation coordination
4. What we do not provide
- Legal or immigration-law advice — for that you need a qualified immigration lawyer
- Any guarantee, assurance, or prediction of a visa outcome
- Fabricated documents, false employment letters, fake bank statements, or unverifiable bookings, under any circumstances
- Influence over consulate decisions, appointment allocation, or processing queues
- University admissions services — we can guide you on the study visa, but admissions require a licensed education consultant
- Employment or job placement abroad
5. Your responsibilities
The strength of an application depends heavily on what you give us. You agree that:
- All information and documents you provide are true, accurate, complete, and genuine
- You will disclose any previous visa refusal, overstay, deportation, or immigration issue — concealing these is far more damaging than the issue itself
- Names, dates of birth, and passport details you supply match your passport exactly
- Your passport is valid for the period the destination requires, normally at least six months beyond your return date
- You will provide requested documents promptly, since delays affect appointment availability
- You will attend booked appointments, interviews, and biometric enrolments
- You will comply with the conditions of any visa granted, including its validity period
6. Fees and payment
- Two separate costs. Consulate, embassy, and visa centre fees are set by those authorities and paid to them. Our service fee is separate and covers our professional work.
- Quoted upfront. We will tell you our service fee before beginning any work. It varies by destination and by how much support your file needs.
- Consulate fees are non-refundable. This is the authorities' policy, not ours. A refused application does not produce a refund of the government fee.
- Our service fee covers work performed. Because it pays for professional time rather than an outcome, it is not refundable on the basis of a refusal.
- Third-party costs — flights, hotels, insurance, translation, attestation, courier — are charged at cost and are subject to the relevant provider's own terms.
- Quoted package prices hold for the validity period stated in the quotation. Airfare and hotel rates move, and prices are confirmed at the point of booking.
7. Cancellation and refunds
- If you cancel before we have started work, our service fee is refundable in full.
- If you cancel after work has begun, we will refund the portion representing work not yet performed.
- Once an application has been submitted to a consulate, the government fee cannot be recovered.
- Flight, hotel, and package cancellations follow the airline's, hotel's, or operator's own cancellation policy, which we will set out for you before you book.
- Tour packages are subject to the operator's terms, which are typically stricter around peak periods.
8. Documents in our care
We take reasonable care of original documents entrusted to us and return them as soon as they are no longer required. Where documents must be couriered to a consulate or authority, they travel at the carrier's risk under that carrier's terms. Our liability for loss or damage to documents is limited to the cost of obtaining replacements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Refusal, delay, or cancellation of a visa by any authority
- Losses arising from a refusal — including non-refundable flights, hotels, tuition deposits, or missed events
- Changes to immigration rules, fees, or requirements made after you engage us
- Delays caused by consulates, visa centres, courier services, or airlines
- Consequences of information you supplied that was inaccurate or incomplete
- Denial of boarding or refusal of entry at your destination, which remains at the discretion of border officials even with a valid visa
Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for the matter concerned.
We strongly recommend travel insurance and, where the trip involves significant prepayment, that you avoid booking non-refundable arrangements before your visa is issued.
10. This website
- Content is provided for general information and may not reflect the current position — visa rules change frequently, and you should confirm requirements with the relevant consulate.
- Country pages, document lists, and processing times are indicative guidance, not official requirements.
- Photography is licensed stock imagery and is illustrative.
- The site, its design, text, and code remain our property. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.
11. The visa chance checker
The tool runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
12. The on-site assistant
The assistant on this website answers common questions from a fixed set of prepared responses. It is not a live consultant, it does not have access to your file, and it will tell you when a question is outside what it can answer. For anything specific to your situation, speak to a human — that is what we are here for.
13. Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us. Contact us at or on and we will look into it properly and respond. We would much rather hear about a problem directly than not at all.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date you engage us, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
